2 Day Sculpted Penguin Cake & Sugar Paste Poinsettia Class:
January 23, 24 1-5 pm each day
4 student minimum/maximum 6 students per class
Price $800 (includes styrofoam dummy, detailed instructions)
Class will include:
Day 1: Learn to make a sugar paste poinsettia, petals and centers will be made and formed
on day 1. Begin to carve cake and sculpt penguin body and head.
Day 2: Assemble and dust poinsettia. Cover penguin cake in fondant and begin to decorate!
Each student takes home fully assembled and dusted poinsettia sugar past flower as well as sculpted and decorated penguin cake.
